Ah, but the Vetalam is pretty cool, isn’t he? Does he suffer from the human curse of ambition? Is he hiding what he’s really seeking? It will be interesting to see. I hope this story continues. I’ll have to see if I can alert others — there no way it belongs so low in the rankings of top web comics.
The Vetalam is demon that usually haunts and sucks vitality out of its victim. It is thought in some texts to be a soul that is afraid of reincarnation, ( a Hindu philosophy) and instead tries to hold on to this life in the form of a demon. Thanks for reading, and for any shout outs.
Hello and welcome to new and old readers of Kinnari. If you are wondering if this is the same old comic that you have seen several years before, yes! It is the same comic. I went on a long break and am back. It is a good idea to read the story again in any case as I have added a page or two here and there, as I thought was needed in the story.
The comic is now hosted on comic easel, and because of that you will see that things have changed, especially the comments. Each comic page has its own comments unlike the last time when all the comments were on the latest page. Unfortunately I lost all the comments as my previous host had a lot of problems. Please feel free to leave brand new comments.
Cheers
I’m getting a real Siddhartha vibe from this (with a side order of Gollum). It’ll be interesting to see where it goes from here.
